
This has just broken my ability to respond properly in threads. The only way to get the expected behavior, replying all to the email chain the users has the current context for, is to scroll to the bottom of the often expanded email thread (super long) to tap the reply all button at the bottom. So even if you scroll or use the arrows to navigate to the correct email, the sticky button for reply all simply defaults to the top-totally useless in that context-group of response emails. For example, once you forward an email to one or more people who were left off the chain as an FYI, or have a quick side conversation with a sub group in the thread, it’s incredibly difficult to reply all to the correct complete group again. It’s easy to break the expected behavior. That might be good UX in theory, but in practice it’s awful.

Reply all in threads now defaults to the last group of recipients at the top of the thread, regardless of which message in the thread you have selected or is active.
